The Management Committee
Rainbow is run by a committee which overseas the pre-school’s finances, administration and personnel matters. This involves putting together our operational plan, business plans, budgets and policies, as well as recruiting, paying, training and appraisal of staff.
We are members of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and have adopted their constitution.
The current committee Chair is Lauren Gilliat.
